ContxOS is operated by Silo Solutions Inc. These Terms are an agreement between you and Silo Solutions Inc; “we” and “Silo Solutions” refer to that company.
By accessing and using ContxOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ContxOS provides AI context management services. You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Your use of ContxOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance by Silo Solutions Inc through Stripe, our payment processor; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. Charges appear on your card statement under Silo Solutions with the suffix CONTXOS. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel at any time from your billing page; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
